  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
